Notice! Ireland’s E-Cigarette Ban for Minors Comes Into Effect
The Irish government announced that the Public Health (Tobacco Products and Nicotine Inhalation Products) Bill, which bans the sale of e-cigarettes to minors, will come into effect on December 21. FDA Issues Warning Letter to Online Retailers Selling ‘Wine Bottle’-Looking Vapes
On December 20, 2023, the FDA issued warning letters to three vape online retailers, including Vape-X Club, Vaproma, and My Vape Shack.
